The drape is made by pressing down edges of rectangular-shaped fabric with iron-on tape.  The runner can simply lay over the pew edge or be attached to pew clips on the underside, with the Mini-Deco holder glued on top.  When designing in a small foam capacity, the flowers will stay in better if you insert a chenille stem (pipe cleaner) inside each stem, leaving about 1/2" exposed for insertion into the foam.  

The drape can be ordered in the attendant's dress fabric to complete the look for your bride and her color combinations.
