Anchoring Flowers
Anchoring is also an important part of floral mechanics. From candles, fruit, floral foam, and countless other items. This section shows basic anchoring techniques.
Floral Foam	Floral Tape can be used to anchor floral foam into a casket saddle (as in the photo to the side) or any container where needed. This tape adheres well to wet foam. You will notice the tape crosses on both ends and along the middle. During funerals, many floral pieces are handled by different people and for this reason, you will want to use floral tape to secure.
Bows into Arrangements & Plants	After making your bows, you will take the left over wire and twist around a wood pick to give a stronger stem before adding into your bouquet or plants.
